Terms of Service

You need an account to use Fullboox. We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email, so keep access to that inbox secure. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old, or have consent from a parent or guardian.

Access to programs requires an active membership at $29.99 USD per month. Billing, renewal, price changes and cancellation are described in our Subscription & Cancellation Policy, and refunds in our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Fullboox is a study aid. Our content, including NCLEX-style questions, simulations and readiness scores, is original practice material created by Fullboox. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sourced from the NCSBN or any licensing body, and the NCLEX name is used only to describe the exam our material prepares you for.

Nothing on Fullboox is medical advice or a guarantee of an exam result. Clinical decisions must always follow your institution's protocols and your own professional judgment.

• Use your membership personally; don't share your account or credentials.
• Don't copy, resell, publish or redistribute Fullboox content.
• Don't scrape, bulk-download or reverse engineer any part of the service.
• Don't attempt to disrupt the service or access other users' data.

Fullboox and its licensors own the platform, its content and its branding. Your membership grants a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use it for your own learning. You keep ownership of anything you write into the product, such as notes and answers.

We improve the product continuously and may add, change or remove features. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and maintenance or outages can occur.

You may stop using Fullboox and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — ownership, disclaimers and limitation of liability — continue to apply.

To the extent permitted by law, Fullboox is provided "as is" and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We do not exclude liability where the law does not allow it.

If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use Fullboox after that means you accept the updated terms.
