Subscription & Cancellation Policy

Fullboox offers a single membership at $29.99 USD per month, which gives you access to every program currently available on the platform, including any programs added during your membership.

Prices are shown in US dollars. Applicable sales tax or VAT is calculated and shown at checkout before you confirm.

Your membership is a recurring subscription. Unless you cancel, it renews automatically every month on the same calendar date as your original purchase, and the payment method on file is charged $29.99 plus any applicable tax.

If your renewal date does not exist in a given month (for example the 31st), you are billed on the last day of that month.

Your next renewal date is always visible in your account, and we email a receipt for every charge.

You can cancel at any time, for any reason. There is no cancellation fee.

• Open your Profile and select Manage subscription.
• Choose Cancel subscription and confirm.
• You'll receive an email confirming the cancellation.

If you cannot access your account, email support@fullboox.helpfully.pro from the address associated with your account and we will cancel it for you.

Cancelling stops all future charges. You keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and your account then reverts to a logged-out-of-membership state.

Your learning history, streaks and progress are retained so you can pick up where you left off if you resubscribe.

If a renewal payment fails, we will retry it over several days and email you. If it continues to fail, your membership is paused rather than cancelled, and you can restore it by updating your payment method.

We may change the membership price. If we do, we will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before the new price applies to your renewals, so you can cancel first if you'd prefer not to continue.

Where we offer promotional pricing or a trial period, the terms and end date are shown before you sign up. Unless stated otherwise, the membership converts to the standard $29.99 monthly price when the promotion ends, and you can cancel before then to avoid being charged.

We may suspend or terminate a membership that breaches our Terms of Service (for example account sharing, scraping or redistributing content). Where we terminate for reasons other than a breach, we refund the unused portion of the current period.
