Privacy Policy

• Account data — your email address, and a first name if you give us one.
• Learning data — lessons completed, answers, scores, streaks, XP and study time, so your progress works.
• Billing data — subscription status and billing dates. Card details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.
• Technical data — basic log and device information used to keep the service secure and diagnose errors.

To authenticate you, deliver and personalise your programs, process your membership, provide support, prevent abuse, and improve the product. We do not sell your data or use your learning data for advertising.

Where the GDPR applies, we process your data to perform our contract with you (running your membership), for our legitimate interests (security, product improvement), to comply with legal obligations (tax and accounting records), and with your consent where we ask for it, such as optional launch emails.

Only service providers that help us operate: our hosting and database provider, our email delivery provider, and our payment processor. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

Account and learning data are kept while your account exists, so you can resume after a break, and are deleted within 30 days of an account deletion request. Billing records are retained for as long as tax law requires.

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for optional emails. Email support@fullboox.helpfully.pro and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

We use strictly necessary cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember in-progress lessons. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest with our infrastructure providers, and access is limited to those who need it. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on standard contractual clauses or an equivalent safeguard.
